Built out of frustration with how agencies work
Softnixt started in 2016 when our founders — both senior engineers who had worked inside enterprise technology teams — grew tired of watching businesses get failed by agencies that over-promised, under-delivered, and disappeared after handover. They believed there was a better way.
We started with one principle: treat every client's project like it's your own company on the line. No offshore handoffs, no junior teams hidden behind senior account managers, no black-box development. Real engineers. Real communication. Real accountability.
